1:What do you write , how long have you been writing for (year started), and why did you get involved in it ? Im URBAN1 HTF ADP STP and started 1991 I got involved cause I had to take the busses everywhere and at a young age. And the tags and style in the late 80s were sick. I wanted to be a tagger.

2:How did you get your name ? From an old Nintendo game called Urban Champion. I liked the game. Was like, "Im from the city (SF), fuck it. Urban. I gotta say, all my friends were sayin it was a weak name cus it was hard to one flow it.

3: Who were your biggest influences and why?

Well, in SF in the late 80s and early 90s, it was all bout hittin busses. Going to yards, bushoppin. So guys like SKEW BVD, QUEST TBC, COVER THK....names probably lot of the readers might not know, cus back then SF graff was only done by SF natives generally. SF didn't have out of towners yet.

4: Whats your Favorite type of graffiti?

I like alot off different styles. But the stuff comming out of TDK ,ICP, WKT, FSC & TMF & hella too many to list.

5: Do you consider graffiti Hip Hop? No. Graffitti is just but one part of the trinity of hip hop...BREAKDANCING, MCing and DJing & GRAFFITTI. and if not where did you pick it up from and what group do you think it falls in? It falls into one of the 3 forms the art of hip hop

6: Whats your favorite type of music?Everything from Al Greene, Dead Keddedys to Cypress Hill. But 90s bay mob music is still my go too. Cus I came up with that sound. Its also why I cant fuck with the new mumble rap sound or any rap on the radio, generally.

7: Whats the difference to you between Graffiti and Gang graffiti to you? graffiti is catching tags, theres funky hand styles, and its a name or word. Gang graff is like street names or the gangs name, u know?

8: Fruity pebbles or coco pebbles? Fruity my G.

9: Are you in your prime as of right now?  and if not when do you think your prime was? No. My prime was in the early mid 90s. But I never have stopped catching tags and throws completely ever. Matter of fact, this last year I was bombin downtown SF hard, till I got arrested few months ago. So Im laying low, and kinda stuck. All the cops know me, where I fuckin live, and that Im URBAN, so if they see a fresh URBAN, I very well might get wrapped .

10: Whats your favorite city that you have painted and why is it your favorite? I was in Detroit like 8 years ago for a month, before everyone moved there to bomb shit. Its easy. A lot of empty walls, and cops that really don't give a shit. Detroit looks like a nuclear bomb hit it. Never seen anything like it, blocks and blocks a wasteland.

11: What do you think of people getting jail time for graffiti ? I think it sucks for real. But a DA gonna do what they do, which is prosecute criminals. And graff a crime. We all love it, but normal people hate it.

12: Do you still drink 40’s and if so whats your favorite brand to drink? Im 41. So my cash flow and taste buds allow me to drink good shit, if Im gonna drink.

13: How do you feel about the graffiti trend and as well as being used for everything now a days (clothing,lunch boxes , hats , etc…..)

I think if an individual artist is making product and selling it direct to customers then fuck yea. I wanna make shirts, and make a profit. Its smart. If your a well known writer, and don't try making graff shit to sell, ur crazy. As a 100% hustler myself , its a great hustle, cus its legal. Now I do have a problem with any corporate entity using they're own graff to advertise...like not have an actual writer do what the company needs , and not letting that artist get some kind of compensation.

14: Do you have a chase story that people would like to hear one that you almost shit your self during?

So many, I cant remember them , probably like most of yall reading this. But one time in late 90's, CASK ,me , & girlfriend were in SF, underneath the UCSF parking lot, which is at the top of a steep hill, and a wooded trail to get to the spot. CASK was bein hella loud, and I guess the cops above us in the lot heard cask loud ass. Next thing, i look to the right and barely caught a glimpse of a fat ass cop running toward me, yelling stop. I jumped down the steep ass hill, and fell the whole way, hurtingmy ankle hella bad. I run to my near by car. As I'm driving off , i look in my mirror and see a few cop cars lookin for ithought jus me....back at the spot, 2 cops with cask. One talkin to his girl , and He shook them, and rolled down the hill.

I was waiting at the bottom , and he jumped in my fast whip.

Btw, his good girl, while being questioned, said she didn't know who we were. She had been there reading they let her go
